In pursuance of a decree dated 18 Nov 1754 in a cause heard in Chancery between Andrew Pern the elder and Andrew Pern the younger, infants (represented by Andrew Pern clerk their next friend), Judith Pern spinster, and Ann Ferrill spinster, plaintiffs, and John Pern, clerk, and William Greaves Beaupre Bell, defendants, and of a subsequent declaration of best purchaser dated 27 July 1756 (Doc 1864); upon motion made in the court of Chancery by Mr Long, counsel for David King, the court confirms the declaration of best purchaser in King's favour. Copy, 2 pages, duty stamps. Endorsed: 'Pern & Pern / Order absolute for / confirming Mr King the / best Purchasor / Neale, Castle Yard, / Solicitor'.
