Richard Graham of Norton Conyers, Yorks., Richard Oliver of St. Mary-at-Strand, Middlesex, Sackvile Crowe of London, and Thomas Fotherley of Westminster by the appointment of George Duke of Buckingham assign to Richard Miller of London the manor of Leiston and certain lands in the above parishes, which by an indenture dated 14 July 1625 the Duke of Buckingham sold to Richard Graham, Richard Oliver, Sackvile Crowe, and Thomas Fotherley for a term of eighty yers, for the remainder of the term. Witnessed by Robert Wilson, Rice Williams, and Ric. Guppey. A seal is attached.
