Scope and Content

Returns made on Form 4 (Land) by Albert Julian Pell relating to properties in Pell Street, Ludens Place, St George Street, Cable Street, Wrights Row, Shorter Street, Phoenix Court, and Thomas Place, parish of St George in the East, London, under the provisions of the Finance (1909-10) Act, 1910. Detailing names of occupants, natures of properties, and particulars of rents and leases. Valuations relate notionally to circumstances prevailing on 30 Apr 1909. 100 forms bound in quarter leather, with receipt on official Memorandum Form 72 from Philip C C Abbott, land valuation officer, 25 Oct 1910.
