Administrative / Biographical History
The schooner Jane Gray of Hull, built 1864 at Burton Stather, ON 51225. Burnt at sea Feb 1884. From Hull to Dunbar with oil cake. The crew of 4 abandoned and took to the boat. They were picked up by ST Chevy Chase of Sunderland, 20 miles off St Abb's Head and landed at Eyemouth.
