The collection is composed of an album of Society programmes and cuttings, and the Society minute book.

Administrative / Biographical History

A meeting of the German Club was held on 1 December 1900 to explain 'the objects of the proposed Institution' - a German Society. The constitution and laws of the Edinburgh German Society were adopted at a meeting held in the city on 18 February 1901.
