Scope and Content

Address: Eliot Vale, Blackheath, London SE. 3 letters to Professor Augustus De Morgan, 41 Chalcot Villas, [London]. (1-2) Duplicate copies of the same letter, offering De Morgan a copy of the 7th edition of 'Principles and practice of just intonation' (1863). (3) Incomplete letter explaining the duplication: one of the letters had been meant for a Mr Platt; asks De Morgan to tear out the section bearing Platt's address.
All letter are autograph, with signatures.
