Richard Sapcote of Keton and Anne his wife (daughter and heiress of Elizabeth Colvyle of Marche [March, Cambridgeshire]) confirm their gift to Miles Broke and to Robert Freman, of all their lands, rents and services in Wysbech, Leveryngton, Murrowe, Tydde, and Neuton, Cambridgeshire. John Madson is appointed their attorney to deliver seisin. Deed poll, witnessed by John Madson of Leverington, John Plume? of the same, Ralph Grene of the same, John Laurence of Wisbech, Christopher Pate, and many others. Two tags cut from fifteenth-century deeds, with fragment of one red round seal. Endorsed in various seventeenth-century hands: '20 February 1 Richard III / Sapcote and his wife / to Broke and Freeman / Feoffement of lands / in Nuton and other / places in Kent', 'Cambridgeshire', 'Com' Kent', 'No 45', and '1483'.
