Scope and Content

Two manuscripts by Edgar Wallace comprising:

  • a manuscript notebook containing twenty-two 'Tommy Poems', 1898-9, fourteen of which were published in Writ in Barracks (1900), with related material, 1900-1
  • an undated manuscript notebook containing chapter one and two of 'How Dyne Came', the first thriller story written by the author,
