David Rowlands of Haddenham, lessee of the parsonage of Haddenham from William Saywell, D.D., leases to Samuel Saywell of Bluntsham, Hunts., and William Hussey, Fellow of Jesus College, Cambridge, the dues and tithes which are parcel of the parsonage for a period of eighty years; the dues and tithes are to be held by S. Saywell and W. Hussey in trust for whoever is curate of Haddenham during the period; if D. Rowlands obtains a new lease from W. Saywell, S. Saywell and W. Hussey are to surrender the lease and a new one is to be made. Witnessed by Thomas Folkes, Andrew Card, Charles Higgs, Philip Taylor, Joseph Stillington, John Brooke, Durban Westbrooke, and George Ellis Leethall.
