Scope and Content

Peter Saveryn of Southwark, Surrey, grants to John Saveryn his relative of Writhyll, Essex, certain lands in Writhyll which he inherited from his father Thomas Saveryn, to him and his heirs for ever, on condition that if John Saveryn pays to Peter Saveryn a certain sum by instalments on certain dates the present indenture should remain in force; if he fails to pay, Peter Saveryn may re-enter. Witnesses: Stephen Reve, William Segore, John Herde.
