Scope and Content

Henry Leader, husbandman, of Dullingham, Cambs., in consideration of £80 paid to him by Richard Cornewell, husbandman, also of Dullingham, hath bargained, sold a messuage in Dullingham in Stanstreete...near Bennetts Lane which Henry Leader had by feoffment of Thomas Leader...To have and to hold on condition that if H.L. or his heirs should repay the £80 on or before Nov. 1618 this sale is to be void...Signed by Henry Leader, seal attached, with initials E.B. Witnessed by Thomas Bentley and John Rannow.
