Prospectus of special and advanced classes for qualified students at the Royal College of Science and Technology and the University of Strathclyde wishing to specialize further or obtain additional qualifications.
Bound in with the prospectuses are extension studies programmes, 1968-1970.

Administrative / Biographical History

The academic registrar was responsible for academic development planning, staff establishment and all student administration including admissions, registration, examinations, student records and statistics.

The post was discontinued in 1973 due to the growth of the University and the appointment of the then post holder to the post of registrar. The duties of the academic registrar became the responsibility of the registrar.
