Scope and Content

At the end is a prayer for Charles Emmanuel [I], King of Sardinia. Rubrics in English, suggesting origin in an English convent in the Kingdom of Sardinia. Initials in gree, red, or blue, with occasional decoration. Inside front cover and at foot of p.1: 'Henry Asnon' (18th cent. hand). p. 132: 'T. Scoles's Book of the Gift of Unkle Asnon, Septr 15th 1793'. 66 fos. 7.25 x 4.75 in.
