Robert Hart of Bottisham, son and heir of Benjamin Hart of the same, deceased, sells to John Haggis Apthorpe of the same certain land in Bottisham for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, that he may be in actual possession and able to take a release. Witnesses: William Roberts, notary public, Robert Gee. One seal is attached.
