For an undisclosed consideration, Francis Brakyn esq, of Heynton in the parish of Haddenham, Cambridgeshire, leases to Thomas Pamplin of Burwell, Cambridgeshire, yeoman, and to William Pamplin his son, a close of pasture called 'the outwardmost Pypers', part of the manor of Heynton, late in the occupation of Edward Phypers and now of Thomas Pamplin, containing some nine acres, for 1,000 years at annual rent of 12d. Signed and sealed by Thomas Pamplin (seal wanting), witnessed by Lawrence Barnes (makes mark), Stephen Reyner, John Norman and James Speght. Endorsed: 'Pamphlyns lease for one of the pypars', and in a later hand: '(32)'.
