Papers, [1815]-1837, 1935, of the Griffiths family of Glanhafren and including customs and excise notebooks, [c. 1817]-1830s, of Richard and James Griffiths and the autobiography of the Reverend James Griffiths, Congregationalist minister of Llanferran, Pembrokeshire.

Administrative / Biographical History

The Griffiths family lived successively at Glanhafren and Milford Hall, both situated in Newtown, Montgomeryshire. The Rev. James Griffiths was the great-grandfather of Eveline M. Lewis.
