Views in Port Elizabeth

Collection of loose prints measuring approximately 105 x 80 mm., with extensive typewritten captions on a separate sheet. The captions from the album have been removed, and the longer descriptive extracts taken from the typewritten sheet (dated April 10 1898) are inserted with the photographs.

these prints were originally mounted in a small album, which was damaged in a flood in the library basement in February 1980, and although removed from the album still show considerable water staining and crinkling.
