Administrative / Biographical History

The Hindlea was a 500 ton coaster, a Cardiff ship wrecked off the coast of Moelfre. All the eight crew were saved by the Moelfre lifeboat the Edmund and Mary Robinson. The coxswain of the lifeboat, Richard Evans was awarded the RNLI's Gold medal and four other crew members were also awarded medals.
