    • 1 vol. (558 pp) Bound in old blue morocco leather with gold tooling and gilt edges. The spine is lettered M.S. ROBERT SANDERSON and bears the Brotherton Collection ownership stamp in gilt. The inside front board bears Lord Brotherton's bookplate; also, that of W.T. Freemantle of Rotherham, the manuscript note, 'These sermons and prayers were written by Bp Sanderson, the friend of Isaac Watts', written transversely in relation to the the main text, and a cutting from the bookseller's catalogue, noting that the manuscript is 'said to be holograph'.
