Scope and Content

Ralph de Frecheyle, lord of Crulys, grants to John Gifford of Arlington the custody of the body and lands of Ralph, son and heir of Ralph of Lattebyr until he come of age. Witnesses: Robert de Trinar, Ralph de Rolleston, knights; Nicholas de Merkhamton, Godfrey de Stamford, Robert Ferbras, and others. One seal attached. Notes on outside of envelope: Charter of Radulphus de Frecheville, Stavely Parish, Derbyshire.
