By 1916, the company had offices at 21 Bishop Street, Anderston, Glasgow, Scotland, and later at 356 Amulree Street, Glasgow. In both places they were host to the meetings of Lynn Proofing Co Ltd , textile proofers, Glasgow, and by 1968 held major shares in that company. By 1968 Vango (Scotland) Ltd was a subsidiary of Andrew Mitchell & Co Ltd . The company was still active in 2003  at Kelburn Business Park, Port Glasgow, Inverclyde, Scotland.
