Thomas Leader, singleman, of Dullingham, Cambs., sells to Henry Leader, husbandman, of the same town, a messuage in Dullingham in a street called Stanstrete and near a 'venillam' called Bennetts lane...abutting on the way leading to Westley...also some pasture land called Clenthes, lying at Dullingham Hey between a tenement formerly of Richard Alington esq. towards W. ...which I had as a gift and legacy of William Leader deceased...for the said Henry Leader to have and to hold...and he shall have peaceable possession...Signed by Thomas Leader. Witnessed by Richard Disse, John Lumkyn, and William Lumkyn.
