Extracts and notes relating to ships travelling to India, taken by Mason from John Bruce's Annals of the Honorable East-India Company, from their establishment by the charter of Queen Elizabeth, 1600, to the union of the London and English East-India Companies, 1707-8 (London: 1810). Mason's notes are arranged by reference to the original page numbering of the three printed volumes. He appears to have compiled the notes for volumes one and two some time after 1859, and for volume three in the 1870s. There are also some miscellaneous notes from the Annals, signed 'CM 1874'.
