The agent [W G Ashton] of Allpress Ashton of St Ives, Huntingdonshire, miller, orders the seizure of 'household goods, furniture, implements of trade and fixtures' in the house of John Lee of Bluntisham, baker, assigned to Ashton by a mortgage dated 7 Jan 1846 which secured a loan of £98 plus 5% interest (Doc 1843). Signed, completed and corrected by the agent, addressed originally to Mr Jacobs, subsequently altered to Mr Allpress Ashton of Hemingford Grey, Huntingdonshire [sic]. See also Doc 1847.
