An antiphoner is a liturgical book containing antiphons, the sung portions of the Divine office, both texts and notation. Such books were often of a large format, to be used by a choir.

525 x 337 mm. Square notation on staves of 5 lines ruled in red; 6 lines of text and notation on each side. Strapwork initial B in black, initial T in red with violet ornament; rubricated.
