Scope and Content

23 letters from Littleton Charles Powys to A.J. Weatherhead, 1951-55, on Weatherhead's poetry; an edition of letters of Powys's wife Elizabeth Myers, and a book of her stories; Brian Barder's poetry; death of his brother Theodore Powys; illness and death of his nephew, Father Littleton Alfred Powys; Roman Catholic and literary matters; and poems and quotations from poems. The letters are accompanied by the booklet, T.F. Powys. An appreciation in the King's College, London Review, May 1932; newscutting, 'My hermit brother' (L.C. Powys on Theodore Powys), in an unnamed periodical; and the booklet Ode to the west wind by the Revd. Fr. Littleton A. Powys and in his memory (1954).
