Custodial History
This deed was previously in the custody of Dr. Donald Findlay (1914-2006), who was Senior History Master at Hymers College, Hull from 1950 until his retirement in 1975. Although it is not known how the document came into Dr. Findlay's possession, it is thought that he used it for teaching purposes. The document was donated to Doncaster Archives in Decemebr 2012 by Mr. John Findlay, of Wolsingham, Dr. Findlay's son.
