A collection of slides, taken by John Logan and captioned by him.

Administrative / Biographical History

After graduating from Glasgow University, John Logan served for four years in the Indian Army, intending to join the Indian Civil Service, but independence came before he could take up his appointment. Instead he joined the Colonial Service in 1947 and served in the Western Region of Nigeria from 1949-1958 based in Benin, Warri and Ibadan.
