The will of Henry Nicholls of Cambridge, baker. He leaves to his wife Frances a life interest in all his freehold property in the parish of All Saints, Cambridge, with reversion to his sister Anne Jury and subsequent reversion to his friend Thomas Dickinson and Dickinson's wife Lettice, their heirs and assigns for ever. His own reversionary interest in the tenements in the parish of St Benedict, Cambridge, now held by his said sister, he leaves to his wife for her lifetime, with reversion to the Dickinsons. Everything else goes to his wife, whom he appoints sole executrix. Copy for probate. Signed and sealed by Nicholls, witnessed by John Sell and Thomas Ewom. Probate at Cambridge, 16 Oct 1675, signed by John Boord. Seal wanting.
