Scope and Content

In consideration of #300, Rebecca Lister, widow, and her eldest son Richard Fox Lister, both of Frizing Hall, Bradford, Yorkshire, and both devizees under the will of the late Revd Richard Fox of Fleet, Lincolnshire, release to the Revd John Myers of Edenham, Lincolnshire, the property described in Doc 3760. Lease: Doc 3760. Indenture, signed and sealed by Rebecca and Richard Fox Lister, witnessed by Jane Gilliat and Thomas ?Davis; duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, signed by Rebecca Lister and witnessed by Ann and Sarah Maud.
