John Randolph (1749-1813) was Rector of Ewelme, 1783, canon of Christ Church and Regius Professor of Divinity, 1783-1807, Bishop of Oxford, 1799-1806, of Bangor, 1806-9, and of London, 1809-13. Details are given in the Dictionary of National Biography.
