Custodial History

The manuscripts were presented to the Rev. J. M. Lloyd Thomas (1868-1955), in later life of Llannarth, Cardiganshire. They were initially placed on deposit at NLW in 1955 by his daughters, the Misses M. G. and A. N. Lloyd Thomas, Llannarth, together with a collection of his papers (J. M. Lloyd Thomas Papers, see the NLW typescript volume Minor Lists and Summaries 1982) and were converted into a donation in 1982.
