Thomas Berde of Wrytell sells to Stephen Burrell of the same certain land which he purchased from John Pynchyne of the same by indenture dated 17 January 1558 [Doc 177], to the use of him and his heirs for ever. On the back is a certificate of delivery of seisin. Witnesses: John Carter of Oxney Grene, Thomas Blatche, Robert Dodderell, John Hawkyne junior, Edward Hunt. One seal is attached.
