Scope and Content

Thomas Neale of Warnford, Hampshire sells to Samuell Reynardson of London certain land in the above parishes, to him and his heirs for ever to the use of him and his heirs for ever. Thomas Neale and Dame Elizabeth Gold his wife agree to levy a fine of the land. Thomas Neale appoints as his attorneys Allen Reynardson of Pulloxhill and Thomas Beamount of Greenfield, Flitton, to take and deliver seisin. Witnesses: for Dame Elizabeth Gold: Richard Onslow, Humphrey Price, William Daynes; for Thomas Neale: Samuel Barnardiston, Richard Onslow, Jeffrey William, William Daynes, Scrivener, Tertius Jefferson, his servant; For Allen Reynardson: William Rawlins senior, Nicholas Wynne, William Rawlins junior, Edward Shephard, Jo. Stevens; for Thomas Beamont (sic): the same as for Allen Reynardson. On the back is a Memorandum of delivery of seisin. Witnesses: Nicholas Wynne, William Rawlins junior, Edward Shephard, Jo. Stevens. Three seals are attached.
