Westburn Trust Co Ltd , property owning company, Glasgow, Scotland , was incorporated as a private company limited by shares on 22 September 1928 with a share capital of GBP 25,000 divided into 25,000 shares of GBP 1 each. The whole share capital of Westburn Trust Co Ltd was acquired by Maclachlans Ltd , brewers, Glasgow and Edinburgh, Scotland , in July 1946 . The company went into voluntary liquidation in 1965 . No more is known about the company's history to date.
