Five page handwritten memoir of Samuel Owen, translated from Soinskt Biographiskt Handlesikon, a Swedish biographical dictionary.

Administrative / Biographical History

Samuel Owen (1774 - 1854) was a distinguished mechanical engineer and temperance advocate of the Wesleyan Methodist faith. He was a native of Shropshire.
