Thomas Squire of Shefford and William Squire of Southill, Bedfordshire, release to Ann Nettleton of Shefford certain land in Shefford of which she is in possession by indenture of Lease dated the previous day, to her and her heirs to the use of her and her heirs for ever. Thomas Squire, Anna Maria his wife and William Squire agree to levy a fine sur conuzance de droit come ceo to Thomas Paine of Hitchin, Hertfordshire of the land. Thomas Squire agrees to produce a certain indenture of release settling the use of the land upon his father Thomas Squire, whenever request is made. Witnesses: Richard Tristram, Thomas Austin his clerk. On the back is a receipt for the consideration money signed by Thomas Squire. Witnesses: the same. Four seals are attached.
