William Tudor was secretary of the Aberfan Parents' and Residents' Association following the Aberfan disaster of 21 Oct. 1966.

The Aberfan Parents' and Residents' Association represented the interests of the bereaved parents and other residents following the Aberfan disaster of 21 Oct. 1966.
