At a Court of Sir John Brownlowe, Bt., and the lady, Ann Margaret Mason, widow, his guardian, before Charles Whinyate, gent., steward: The homage presents that John Setchell, a customary tenant on 15 Feb. 1703, surrendered by the hands of the steward, a dole in Northey...To the use of Sylvester Clarke, who comes into Court...and is admitted. Unsigned.
