This is a small collection of ephemeral items relating to topics such as Twickenham Ferry, Parish Church of St. Mary (Twickenham) and Hampton Grammar School.

Administrative / Biographical History

Donald Simpson was a life-long resident of Twickenham, attending Orleans Boys Elementary school and Hampton Grammar School, as well as worshiping at the Parish Church of St. Mary. He served as the Librarian of the Royal Commonwealth Society from 1956 to 1987, and was also involved with both the York House Society and Twickenham Local History Society, contributing both to exhibitions and publications.
