Scope and Content

In consideration of #25, James Swann of Cambridge, perukemaker, assigns to Jane Murcutt of Cambridge, widow, the remainder of a lease for 1,000 years at peppercorn rent of a cottage in Walls Lane, parish of the Holy Trinity, Cambridge, subject to Mary Baldwin, spinster's, life estate therein. Signed and sealed by James Swann, witnessed by Robert Gee snr and Robert Gee jnr, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same signatures.
