Records relating to efforts made by the Gallery to increase access to the building and Collection for visitors with physical disabilities or visual impairments. Includes a small amount of material relating to policy and planning, and papers relating to wider issues of access including by wheelchair users. The greater part of the records relate in particular to improving the visitor experience at the Gallery for the visually impaired, especially to the introduction of a sculpture touch trail and guides.
