John Turner of Whittlesford, Cambs., William Cherrie of Whaddon, Cambs., and Leonard Cherrie of the same sell to Thomas Turner of Duxford, Cambs., certain property and land in Whaddon. Certain muniments and writings are also agreed to be delivered to Thomas Turner. A mortgage made by William Cherrie to John Turner is excepted. The draft of a terrier of part of the land to be sold is added. Witnessed by Francis Lyme, John Dickons, Thomas Reynold, and Thomas Cherrie.
