WILL: Richard Williams of Porthaethwy co. Anglesey, gent.
He directs that his trustees, the Rev. John Evans, of Ty Gwyn, co. Anglesey, clerk and Thomas Williams of Llanidan, co. Anglesey Gent. are to pay an annuity of £20 to his servant Jane Parry, and annuities of 40s to Andrew Brereton of Llanfechell, schoolmaster and to Thomas Roberts his servant.
The residue of the estate is devised to his sister Mary, the wife of William Davies of Anglesey, innkeeper, and her children, until his eldest nephew David Williams otherwise Davies, attains the age of 21 when he is to inherit the estate or if he should die before then it is to be shared equally between all his sister's children.
He gives his clothes to his servant Thomas Roberts and his silver plate to his eldest nephew.
The residue of his estate is left in trust to his sisters children.
He requests that his servant Jane Parry should see to his funeral and he asks to be buried in Llangoed churchyard with his wife.
He appoints his sister and John Evans as executrix and executor.
