In consideration of an undisclosed sum, William le Scalar' confirms his gift to William le Harpour of Herseth [Horseheath], to Amanda [sic], William le Harpour's wife, and to their son John, of a piece of land in Depedenefeld, parish of Schudicampes [Shudy Camps, Cambridgeshire], between land of William son of Herman Caleman and land of Henry Waryn, one head abutting on a meadow formerly belonging to William de Befold. Deed poll, witnessed by William de Hanechach, Richard de Berardishey, Nicholas de ?Merseye, William de Nustrysfeld, Ralph Ballard, Robert de Pentfeld, Simon Bernard, and others. Tag, pendant seal wanting. No endorsement.
