The charity of Elizabeth Harriet, Viscountess Warren Bulkeley, Llandegfan was established 25 Oct. 1878 for the benefit of the poor of Llandegfan. In 1977 the Viscountess Bulkeley's Charity was amalgamated with the Mary Warners Charity and the Charity of Thomas Davies to become the Bulkeley, Warner and Davies Charity.
