Scope and Content

For his homage and service, and in consideration of one mark, Alexander son of Alexander de Nuevill confirms his gift to Thomas clerk and to Thomas's heirs, of six acres and one and a half perches in the vill of Mirfle' [Mirfield, Yorkshire?]. Reserving annual quit-rent of 4d applied to this and further properties. Witnessed by Master Adam de Mirs', Robert de Flaneborg', Henry de Horby, William de Nuevill, Valter de Aruindel [Arumdel?], and others. Tag and seal wanting.
