Ena Niedergang is an author, researcher, educator and Chinese historian who was born in 1945 and has worked, advised and given lectures in China. A new approach to teaching the Chinese language ULearnChinese was devised by her. She was president of the Wales-China Friendship Society and was presented in 2010 with an Inspire Wales Award for her contribution in linking and promoting Wales with China for more than 25 years.
