Agreement made in Court at Lancaster between John Booth and Peter Heyward and William Heyward son and heir apparent of Peter Heyward with regard to certain land in Ditton, by which it was agreed that Peter and William recognised that John Booth had a right to the land which he had by gift from them. They quitclaimed it to him for ever. John Booth paid them a certain sum.
