Administrative / Biographical History
The National Farmers' Union was formed in 1908 and represents farmers and growers in England and Wales. Membership reached its peak in the 1950s with 210,000. The Caernarfonshire branch (now the Mid Gwynedd Region) existed at least as early as 1937. It consisted of various committees including an Executive Committee.

Arranged into the following: reports and minutes; rivers; Bryncir sales; foot and mouth disease; Young Farmers' Clubs; membership registers; sheep; dairies; pigs; and miscellaneous.
